Cake:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the springform pan with parchment paper.

3. Flour, sugar, and eggs whisk together

4. Soak in butter, melted chocolate and vanilla extract

6. Pour batter into prepared pan

7. Bake 45-50 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean with the cake

Spread apricot jam over cooled cake


CHOCOLATE GLAZE


Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or heatproof bowl.

Remove from heat add butter stir until smooth.

Pour glaze over filled cake.


ASSEMBLY


1. Allow cake to fully cool.

2. Spread apricot jam over top of cake.

3. Pour chocolate glaze over jam.
